I have a 3m dish on the roof of our villa and it will pick up UK Sky TV.   It usually fades out at about 9pm but is fine up until then.  Could not get a good reception with much less than a 2.4m dish.

Brought it from the UK with me and you need a Sky account in the UK as well.

Check this webstite and load it (readontv.com )there are thousands of tv channels , sort for UK. may be it works ..I Watch several TV channels with this way.
