Plenty of "excitement" to be had in Benghazi, however it's not the positive kind (still plenty of guns and unpunished lawlessness).

What kind of excitement specifically are you looking for?

Try speeding through one of the army checkpoints at 2:00am, if you don't get enough excitement then I don't know what to tell you

ie Benghazi is not a very fun place these days
