In order to know if there are vacancies in Libya hotels, i think that you should go through the website of each hotel on the internet, you may find some datas on the internet. Also i advise you to contact them and to send them your CV.

Can i add that in Libya emails are not always the best way to find jobs, if possible try to talk to them directly on the phone or even better in person. You can also use someone you know in Libya to approach them with your CV, in Libya deals are made face to face, emails are not exactly the established way to get jobs.
