I've just landed in Nairobi from Botswana. My wife is working with the UN. I'm not working and was considering buying properties of outgoing 玩偶姐姐riates and may be reselling to willing incoming expatriates, just to keep busy.

Anyone who can advise me where to start?

hi - depends on what kind of property your looking at. Most expatriates prefer apartments and flats. they dont normally purchase but they take up leases. Initial outright purchase is heavy on the buyer.
what you could consider are vacation get a ways and holiday homes. Beach properties, farm houses and property on the outskirts of the city.
