Harry Crumble

Hooking in KE is legal or not? Hookers have mandatory health checks or not?
Brothels are permitted or not? Sickness like hepatitis is common?

Legal or otherwise, using a prostitute would be stupid, mostly because of the crazy rate of STDs prostitutes over there have.
Basically, you'd have to be a moron to engage in sex with one.

I agree with Fred.  The risk of HIV is high too.

Your choice but its better you do pre-health considerations before trying someone.

This is a case of picking your reason not to use prostitutes - You can choose from:

Not being a filthy idiot
Not wanting to catch a disease or several
Not wanting to risk being a rapist by having sex with a trafficked woman that has been forced into the sex trade
Not wanting to get arrested if it is illegal

Reasons to use pros:

Being a filthy idiot
Being a pathetic filthy idiot
Being suicidal
Wanting to give your (future) wife/whatever a nasty disease
