Don't know about East Legon, but the best pizza in Accra for me is Mamma Mias in Osu off Oxford Road.

I went to Momma Mia's last week and it was great.

There is Starbites at East Legon. I wasn't so excited by Eddy's Pizza. My favourites are the pizza place at Afrikiko (near Flagstaff House, oppostite the French embassy, Churcheese (just past Melting Moments, Cantonments) and Pizza Inn. I quite liked Paloma's pizza too and they to a 2 for the price of 1 offer on weekends.

I quite Liked Eddy's pizza its was so excited  and delicious.

The best pizza in accra is MAMMA MIA for just amazing place cool and nice wood oven pizza like in Italy if not better try it for ur self .

Every where you go you will find a good place to eat pizza in Ghana.

Well, I'm Italian and to me the best pizza in town is still Mamma Mia's

Alliance Fraincaise also serves something decent but less value for money
