Hi - there used to be an art shop on ground floor of the big yellow mall called Dembel, end of Bole road ....and a little paint shop on opposite side of the road somewhere behind petrol  station ?

I heard that you can find it in Wub Gallery

But do you guys know any place that I can find markers and a good set of pencil colors in Adiss Ababa?
