there must be a monthly "borrel" from the Dutch Embassy, maybe you can contact them and ask about it.
There are also forums for Dutch speaking people.

Please note that you're posting on a very old topic and the change is high that you don't get response from that member.

As earlier stated you can check the website of the Dutch Embassy if they organize meetings on a regular basis.
Another tip from me is to go to the network section in the green banner above the page and find other "Dutchies".

And you can open a new thread on this forum for interaction and meetings.
