I am from india, I am about to complete my btech in the month of august 2013 I got a job offer in congo as a electrical engg.in Kalpataru Power Tranmission Ltd. with a salary of 1800 dollars..

should I accept the offer???
plz help me....with some information's...

In general terms for an expatriate it is low salary.聽 Since you do not carry experience and if you feel like having a start like this then it is your call.
