I am sorry to ask such a random question in this group but here goes. We are thinking of visiting Sal beginning of March and were wondering what temperatures we could expect day and evening and if it would be warm enough to swim in the sea in Santa Maria. Many thanks

You're kidding, right? Weather in CV is pretty much the same every day all year long. Visit whenever you want. Doesn't matter which month. It's hot compared to where you live. Water is nice. If you need more technical details than this, look it up online.
