No serious problems about driving in Angola. If living in Luanda, then driving will as it is be a pain in the neck with huge traffic snarls. Angola already has more then 3 times the vehicles ins roads can handle in cities. Highway driving is OK. All eatables (Fruits and Vegetables) in Angola are imported, including Milk. Mostly only Powdered Milk is available. Angola hardly has any food production areas. Petrol is relatively cheap but there are not many places to visit. If you are an Indian and need items like Wheat Flower, Rice and Dals, you will have a tough time.
