I am yet to decide, but I would like a quiet laid back place by the coast if all possible. I am also looking for a job on the Adminitration side too can you help with the agencies to contact

There are too many factors to consider, and I do not know which ones apply in your case.
Some countries that fit your description (laid-back and near the beach) offer visa for wealthy retirees - for example Malaysia and Costa Rica.

Thank you,let me see how my research goes in as far as what I want goes. Obviously not into as deep as retirement yet no! I would love to be around people I can interact with,make new friends and have some fun occassionally most importantly to have some peace and quiet like kind of lifestyle.
