Thanks for sharing; perseverance stands out to me the most because change is difficult under any circumstance especially when relocating to any country and culture. Confucius stated "Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall". I encourage all expacts to rise because their are many bumps in the road of life to trip you up.
