Hi Jo, Tax rate is approx. 30-33% on that base. You should do fine with those sort of MYR's, but I guess that depends on how much you need to cover your UK mortgage. Living wise any of the suggestions above are good. Read More

There are plenty of affordable food options in KL so that shouldn't be a problem. Housing costs really depend on where you want to live and condo vs a bungalow etc. Alcohol is "very" expensive as it attracts a big import tax. Beer is very affordable ... Read More
