Thinking of moving to Alicante/Valencia region by gjpn
Will be moving to Spain within the next few years. Originally planned on choosing the AndalucÃa region, but am now finding it is over-touristed (locals rebelling) and very pricey in comparison to the rest of the Med coast. I'm now looking ...

And sadly some of the highest wealth taxes too. Read More

Long term rental in Valencia by Maya Smith
We are US residents of Seattle and have fallen hard for Valencia. We are hoping to move on a NLV fall of next year and will be looking for apartments next February. Can anyone recommend a good agency. We want furnished with terrace. Many thanks!Maya

Is Idealist reliable? I used it in Greece when investigating the Golden Visa there a while back and every apartment seemed to be a scam or 2 years old. It would be great is that was not the case for Spain because they so have a lot of listings!! Read More

Everything is relative, right? Prices while rising in Portugal are still very affordable compared to any major city in the US and certainly here in Seattle. I am not rushing to buy because I don't see this dynamic changing. Read More
