I'm not really sure TBH, but make a phone call with the municipality to ask if there is a way to prolong your stay. I wonder how can you stay in Belgium if you exceeded 90 days, however, if there is a legal reason, then maybe that helps. Read More

Dear, My cohabitant applied in Julie 2019 and got the reply "decision" in Jan 2020. The waiting period can be up to 6 months if all documents are submitted completely. It can differ from one case to another. PS: we have made it in ... Read More
