Is it difficult to live in Riyadh as a woman with kids without husband by nayah

Can anyone tell me if 130,000 SAR/yearly will be enough for a nice secure compound? We need a 4 bedroom and I am having a hard time finding not only housing compounds that are available but I cannot find anything about the amounts...PLEASE HELP!!
