Hi, I resigned my job and going back to my home country.Anyone please let me know what are the things need to be done to depart without any issues. My travel date would be 1 day before my EP expiry date.
Ideally you need do all clearance ie income tax before leaving Malaysia. Unless you dont plan to come back to Malaysia even as tourist. Any outstanding especially owing to income tax will subject to immigration decision to refuse your next entry ... Read More
