The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, inspiring, and adaptable English educator with the ability to create engaging, inclusive lessons that nurture students of all abilities. Strong classroom management, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential. The successful candidate should demonstrate a passion for literacy and literature, a commitment to developing confident communicators, and the ability to cultivate critical thinking, creativity, and self-expression in young people. Experience working in high-performing schools or across multiple campuses will be highly valued.

Educational and Experience (Requirements)

**Bachelor's Degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field

**Recognised Teaching Qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, QTS, State Licence, or equivalent)

**Minimum of 2 years' teaching experience
