Room is at 4th聽floor, shared bathroom, wooden floor. Fully furnished. It has Airconditioner, bed with soft matress, working desk, fan and wardrobe. Kitchen is at the ground floor, has fridge, oven, microwave, cooker, bowls...Livingroom for chill is on the 2nd floor.聽
Bike parking, washing machine and drinking tap water is provided; for free.
Housemates are all聽 English speaking, from Vietnam, Holland and New Zealand. They are all very nice, helpful, yet respect your own privacy. They all live long in the house and they are willing to help if you need any advice.
Rent is 170$ / month plus bill. Pay monthly, one month deposit . Cleaning lady come once per week.
