Hi - I am arriving in April and need to make sure I set anything up in the UK before I leave. Apart from renewing my EHIC is there anything I need to do?

I am familiar with the process of registering residence once there, but if there are any links to posts on what Austria also requires of UK citizens to apply to settled status that would also help.

I know there is a cut-off of June in the UK for instance - do they have any particular application process one must start by a certain date?

Hi,

My family is considering a move to Austria from the USA under the recent victims of NS law . My grandfather was born and raised in Vienna and immigrated to the United States in 1938.
