I have two questions first if i want to transfer my driving license to Albanian one how to do it in details with cost and do i need for contact ( any payement under table) because as i see everything should be pay undertable or complicated.
Second question Can i have loan to buy a car? Because i asked for a deal with one mobile company told me for foreign only cash.
