Moving from PA and considering Isabela, Cabo Rojo and Ponce. Which location has best internet? Decent speeds are a must, moving my business too. I see 200/300mb downloads not bad but 30mb upload? Eeeek! That’s gonna be painful. I heard Liberty is better but seems like Claro might be doing fiber lines? I saw some other independent IPs that have faster fiber but you need to be living in certain buildings. None of these building are on the west side. Perhaps one or two but good luck getting in there.
