Hello everyone,

Did you make any mistakes when you first moved to Guatemala? What were they?

How did you address your mistakes? Did you learn anything from them?

With hindsight, what would you do differently?

Are there any tips you could give future expats in Guatemala to help them avoid these kinds of mistakes?

Make sure you watch where you walk ,its easy to get injured on the uneven sidewalk ,streets and stairs w/o guardrails. Make sure you are in safe area w lights and other people at night,best to not be out late or alone. Careful of which restaurants you choose and water you drink .聽聽Dont be impatient ,loud ,judgementalor rude as a guest in the country
