about the price; for instance I live in middle town with the same condo of your requirement, I pay 2800 birr per month and u have to pay for three months in advance. I hope this helps

The rent for a one bed room condo differs depending on the area where you want to stay. Where is the area that you will be working at? May be it is better to look for something nearby.
