I am a psychological counsellor based in Zurich with over 10 years of experience. I specialise in intimacy, sexuality, relationships, couple and family dynamics as well as mental health for English- and Chinese-speaking residents, particularly from international communities. Awarded with the status of "Board Certified Diplomate" and "Certified Sexologist" in Switzerland and Singapore by the American Board of Sexology, I guide my clients in discovering their resources, options, and choices for conducting self-reflection, reducing harm, resolving issues, removing obstacles, and recognising challenges through a new lens.
